Our company does currently process raw milk into cream and into skim milk concentrate, which can be used in the food industry in a variety of ways. Cream is a common basis for the production of butter, is used for the regulation of fat in numerous products and is an essential part of ice cream. Skim milk concentrate is mainly used to create powders and for the adjustment of dry mass e.g. in cheese and yoghurt.
\nIn the future we will expand our portfolio by incorporating the production of whole milk powder. This will take an important role in the adjustment of dry mass and proteins in various products and make our offer even more diverse and flexible.<\/p>\n
